1. Orders must meet a minimum of $100.

2. Orders will be shipped on the next business day.

3. Shipping is complimentary.

4. Orders are prepaid and must be placed through our website prior to the shipment of goods

5. Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders unless the product is defective. 

6. Retailers are not permitted to sell our products online without our prior permission. Approved online retailers may only sell through approved websites and digital storefronts. Retailers are prohibited from selling via other online retail sites including, but not limited to Amazon.com, Ebay.com, and Etsy.com.

7. Retailers must explicitly state that items sold are Gold Ink Tattoo products.

8. Retailers must have prior written permission to use the Gold Ink Tattoo name, brand, designs, artwork and photography.

9. Gold Ink Tattoo does not guarantee any type of exclusivity to its retailers.

10. The buyer and purchaser is responsible for all tariff and duty fees for international orders.
